Job Sales Representative in St. Albert

Overview Requirements

Weston Precast Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated sales representative to join our sales team in our St. Albert location. The ideal candidate has knowledge of and experience with construction and understand of concrete, the sales process, managing leads, and relationship building.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business leads, follow up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects.
  • Plan, organize, participate in the day-to-day sales activities that exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Prepare and provide sales quotes to customers on a timely manner.
  • Conducting reviews of accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients’ demands and requirement.
  • Coordinate and communicate with production manager and yard staff on a regular basis to ensure products are available and ready for shipping and delivery.
  • All other required office and administration duties including answering the telephone and attending to walk-in customers and contract.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • To be successful in this role, the individual must be focused, self-motivated and energetic.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and possesses tenacious leadership and strong sales skills.
  • 3-5 years progressive experience with a focus on driving sales.
  • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
  • Highly developed organizational & planning skills, time management skills and written/oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to read blueprints.
  • Must be able to read metric and imperial measurement.
  • Previous experience in construction.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
