Responsibilities

  • Dispatch all emails sent by the Call Centre to relevant people.
  • Answer all emails sent by the Call Centre.
  • Handle customers’ needs addressed in person, by phone or by email.
  • Reply to all Yuhu messaging communications (Verdun).
  • Process complaints received by phone, via reception or rental agents, etc.
  • Help customers with the Yuhu subscription or any related problem.
  • Manage all contractors’ appointments, such as the screen repair contractor (requests, appointments, follow-ups).
  • Open and close in-house maintenance requests.
  • Open and close outsourced service requests.
  • Enter various data.
  • Send emergency memos via Yuhu and in person (water service interruption, etc.).
  • Ensure the quality of all the company’s services and a good communication with the staff and customers.
  • Carry out research, follow-up on emergency memos, review jobs’ history and all previous communications, speak with customers or the staff about any situation to better understand the problem and to find a solution with leaders.
  • Perform any related task as per the leader’s request.


Experience and Educational Requirements

  • 5 years of administrative experience
  • Diploma of college studies or equivalent experience
  • Accounting and/or business courses
Technical Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Word & Excel software
  • Bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written)
Non-Technical Requirements

  • Awareness of the importance of offering quality customer service
  • Professional approach
