Job Server in Vancouver

What does this role involve?

• 
  Assist with the coordination and expediting of vendor deliverables
• Follow-up on technical queries from vendors with the Sedgman engineering team.
• Monitor and report procurement activity progress
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain vendor data
• Tracking all vendor documentation
• Creating vendor data tracking system for all projects and maintaining expediting progress reports
• Assist with monthly client progress reporting and review supplier production schedules and progress reports to ensure that project timelines are met

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will be self-motivated, well organised with the ability to manage multiple work fronts in a busy environment. You will be able to think out-of-the-box and be the driver to find innovative solutions to trivial problems.

• Experience in vendor data expediting role preferred but not necessary.
• Ideally experience in document control or project administration in a project environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administration and organisation skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work with various stakeholders, engineering team and vendors
