We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our team in Burnaby, BC!


The Service Administrator will provide clerical staff support to the operations and accounting teams to assure a smooth, timely flow of materials and paperwork. They will act as a front-line liaison for dispatch, operations, accounting, sales and the customer to provide the highest quality service.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Administrative duties: data entry, filing
  • Create on-site start up binders
  • Answering customer calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Act as a front-line liaison between the dispatcher, all department staff and customers to provide the highest quality service
  • Support Dispatching team and help dispatch when needed
  • Assist sales team to create CARE system and complete CARE calls every month
  • Attend monthly C.A.R.E. meetings
  • Assist with monthly reports
  • Audit service reports
  • Assist with the tasks and requirements necessary from Service Coordinator, Business Systems, Sales, and Managers as needed
  • Preparing reports for customers i.e: complete building services such as in suite filter replacements
  • Log and route all Linc Recommended Repairs to appropriate parties
  • Other duties as required

Required Experience

  • Strong computer competency, especially in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) knowledge would be an asset, but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
