The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and high-quality service for their boats. In this role, some of what you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and monitor the workflow into the shop
  • Update and input retail, service, appraisals, and trade-in ERPs into the Rigger Schedule
  • Assist the Parts Coordinator in monitoring and tracking inventory and shipment shortages and discrepancies
  • Monitor and track inter-department labor charges as well as the salesperson/service advisor giveaways
  • Provide back-up for the Service Advisor team when required
  • Interpret work orders, clarify instructions and provide directions to various roles within the service department
  • Control the workflow to ensure promise times are met
  • Maintain an open inter-department communication flow between peers
  • Provide assistance in backup duties and administrative tasks

Salary: $23-$26 hourly plus the opportunity to earn bonuses! (based on experience and skill sets)
