Who we need

We are looking to add a talented Service Desk Analyst to our dynamic, growing, and passionate Technology team. Some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support requests from employees.
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems, including coding in Python.
  • Complete assigned tasks carefully and thoroughly while giving continuous updates.
  • Coordinate with the Imaging, Pipeline and IT teams as required.
  • Performing basic data entry as required.
  • Perform all other assigned tasks with efficiency.

What you bring

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst with the following experience and skills:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience working in customer service or technical support role (troubleshooting, configuring, installing, tracking issues and resolving issues).
  • 1+ year(s) of experience working in a Technology-oriented industry/company
  • 1+ year(s) of experience working with Python
  • Experience with JSM or a similar related tool
  • Excellent organizational skills and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, meet the deadlines and adapt to changes
  • Experience working with G Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Gmail, etc.)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • ITIL Foundations certification required
  • CompTIA+ certification is considered an asset
  • HDI-CSR certification is considered an asset
  • Experience with VFX pipelines is considered an asset

What happens next

After we receive your application, it will be reviewed by the Talent Acquisition team and the Hiring Manager. We will then invite successful candidates to a Technical Interview (~60 mins) with the Hiring Manager. All interviews are conducted via Google Meet.
