We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of managing the social media accounts at Mellor Group.

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing social media accounts across various platforms. Your expertise in running ad campaigns on these platforms and tracking and analyzing metrics to ensure maximum campaign success will be essential..

Responsibilities:

  • Work with brand on developing engaging content, including video, graphics, and text on social media accounts that align with the brand's identity
  • Monitor the performance of existing campaigns, adjust as necessary, and launch new ones
  • Analyze the success of campaigns and provide optimization recommendations
  • Collaborate with other teams to determine how to best leverage social channels and optimize for cross-channel conversions and retargeting
  • Stay informed about relevant trends and best practices in social media management, particularly those specific to the Real Estate industry
  • Review and analyze detailed monthly reports outlining key metrics in Google Data Studio
  • Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated mindset, taking the initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and continuously improve performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 1/2 years of experience managing social media accounts and ad campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing successful ad campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Ability to create and edit short-form video content optimized for social media
  • Experience and skill with Canva and other design programs
  • Proven ability to write social media updates.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms and optimization techniques used by each platform.
  • Ability to think creatively when it comes to content ideas and strategies related to the dental industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills.

The Social Media Manager is expected to:

  • Manage time effectively by prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality social media content and campaigns.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills when coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, being proactive in identifying opportunities, addressing challenges, and seeking solutions to enhance social media strategies and performance for our clients.
  • Take ownership of work and be accountable for the results delivered, being open to receiving constructive feedback and willing to make adjustments based on data-driven insights and client requirements.
  • Adapt to changing trends, platform updates, and client needs by staying up-to-date with industry best practices and applying this knowledge to improve our social media strategies.
  • Be proactive and self-motivated in all aspects of the role, seeking out new opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation in social media strategies, addressing potential challenges before they escalate, and maintaining enthusiasm and dedication to achieving success for our clients.

Salary based on experience.
