Job Systems Administrator in Lachine

The data and systems administrator will upkeep products and maintain data integrity on the various digital tools such as the websites, 2D/3D configurators, E-Commerce etc...

The ideal candidate would have prior experience working with digital tools. Candidates will work and learn shoulder-to-shoulder with the CMS systems administrator, as well as other members of the digital operations team. The candidate would need to be autonomous, attentive to details, enjoy working within a team and show initiative to suggest new projects and improvements to the department and the current way of doing things.

Main Responsibilities

- Upload and update website assets using our PIM and DAM platforms

- Assist the MarCom Managers in coordinating and launching new products

- Coordination of internal and external requests for product data and website updates

- Update and upkeep the products (add/remove) on the digital tools, such as the 2D/3D configurators, the e-commerce platform and the digital kiosk

- Maintain the integrity of data on the digital tools

- Support the sales and channel teams by understanding their pain points and finding ways to solve them using product data

- Help implement SEO improvements on the DAM

- Participate in the research and integration of new digital tools

- Support digital operations projects such as new websites, maintenance and day to day activities when required

Skills and Requirements

  • College degree in computer science or any technology related field
  • English is required, bilingualism (French) is an asset
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience with 3D configurators, E-Commerce and/or other digital tools such as a DAM, a PIM or a CMS
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of Smartsheet or similar tool is an asset
