Get ready for an exciting opportunity to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team! As a Market and BI Systems Analyst, you'll be the superstar who will be reporting into the Market & Customer Insights team while also supporting the wider analytics team. You’ll have the chance to own projects and analytics, framing how to approach them in the most effective way possible. You'll have the chance to work directly with business partners at all levels of our organization, using your critical thinking skills to process data, conduct advanced analytics, apply statistics, optimize processes, and prototype and deploy reports.

What you will do:
  • Understand back-end system components, third-party apps, process improvements, automation and solution design in our CRM tool (Salesforce).
  • Support Business with guidance and consultancy in all matters relating to Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Reporting.
  • Must be able to design new and/or manage existing dashboards and KPIs in both Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and user data.
  • Develop value added suggestions based on ad-hoc analyses & research.
  • Ensure connectivity among various systems and the data quality.
  • Understanding stake-holders business requirements and transforming the requirements into a meaningful representation using BI tools.
  • Performing quality assurance testing and ensuring our solutions deliver business value to stakeholders.
  • Automate manual processes.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ED&A related inquiries.
  • Continually look for new ways to help the ED&A department develop and improve processes.
What you will bring:
  • At least 2-3 years experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field
  • You possess depth and breadth of research knowledge specifically as it relates to market and consumer insights as well as good understanding of business dynamics and industry knowledge.
  • You can embrace change easily and use your exceptional people skills to collaborate with team members across the organization.

  • Tableau and Salesforce Experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
