Bee-Clean Building Maintenance is Canada’s largest Canadian-owned janitorial company providing service to clients nationally and locally. The North Bay branch of Bee-Clean is looking for a Janitorial Crew Member to join our team.
Position Title: Project Crew
Reporting to: North Bay Area Manager
Job Summary:
This position supports the area manager on several tasks on the field.
Cleaning experience is not necessary but is an asset.
CLEANING DUTIES INCLUDE:
- General Cleaning.
- Delivering Supplies.
- Covering sick or absent employees.
- Cover special janitorial projects.
- Any other cleaning that may come up.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Driver License G
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
- Manage deadlines effectively in a professional manner.
- Good team leadership skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Occasional requirement to travel between buildings within the area to attend meetings, provide on-site support, and help other cleaners.
The successful candidate will be required to apply for federal, and provincial clearance and a local police background check.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

- North Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
