Travel Agents work with exciting destinations and popular travel companies, providing our customers with an incredible traveling experience as we assist them with flight reservations, hotel bookings and vacation packages. In addition, this position will offer you the chance to develop new skills as you help plan exciting trips that they'll be talking about for years.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and emails.
- Apply knowledge of travel destinations and related services to make recommendations to clients.
- Manage client relationships.
- Enter travel reservation data into a database.
- Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements.
- Answer questions from clients and provide information on destinations, accommodations, and services.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Process payments from customers (e.g., credit cards, checks).
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.50-$20.21 per hour
