GFL Environmental is looking for a Class 1 or 3 Truck Driver to be based out of our Regina location! As a GFL Truck Driver (Roll Off/Front-end) , you will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers across multiple lines of businesses. The Driver will collect waste from customer sites and transport to post-collection facilities for proper disposal.

Key Responsibilities:
Pickup of waste and recycle at specified job sites and transfer stations and dispose of at designated landfills
Secure or roll off bins as per company procedure and inspect in transit if necessary
Perform vehicles inspections daily, as well as checking fuel, oil, and other fluid levels. Replenishing fluid levels when necessary
Complete the necessary paperwork for vehicle inspection and route sheets and turn into supervisor daily
Other duties as assigned by your manager or management team

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Ability to perform physical exertions such as repetitive lifting, pushing and pulling items that weight up to 30 pounds as part of their daily routine
1-2 years of previous driving experience
Able to work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the outdoor elements
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent decision making skills
Ability to follow specified guidelines and procedures
Must be able to follow safety procedures
Must have valid Class 3 with air brake endorsement, class 1 preferred
Must maintain a professional appearance
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position
