Position Type/Schedule

This role will be onsite based out of the Calgary branch. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Calgary branch and uphold our core value of operational excellence. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee staffing needs and coordinate or delegate tasks related to product shipping and receiving, all while ensuring safe and efficient work practices. Collaborating with the Branch Manager, you will monitor Material Handler(s) performance and assist them with tasks or provide training as needed. Additionally, you will provide coaching and mentoring to current and new employees.

• Coordinate staff tasks and duties
• Provide staff training

• Coach and mentor current and new employees

What You’ll Bring To This Role?

• You have the ability to engage and build relationships with employees in a meaningful and professional manner
• You are an influential leader that coaches, mentors, and inspires
• You have a passion for excellence and continuous learning
• You are an innovative problem solver that is flexible, adaptable, and positive
• Post-secondary education in operation management & leadership and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience is a strong asset
• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• 1+ years of demonstrated supervisory ability
• Coaching and training experience is a strong asset
• Warehouse Management System (WMS)/P21 is an asset
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite/Teams & the ability to learn new software
• Previous experience with warehouse management software
• RF Scanner software and administration experience is a strong asset
• Basic mathematical skills with the ability to calculate simple equations mentally
