Reporting to the Sr. Director, Digital Marketing, the Web Developer has a strong foundation in web development and ideally be a qualified Craft CMS developer with front-end development experience.

This role will provide development support to maintain and enhance our digital experience, including the website, supporting an agile and efficient development pipeline. The candidate should be able to translate design files into functional and pixel perfect interactive web & landing pages, within a fast-paced environment. A tech-savvy, self-motivated professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design.


What You Will Do

  • Develop, maintain, and improve Craft CMS website and related integrations, including developing page templates and modules and integrating 3rd party applications such as cookie consent applications, marketing automation, chat, etc.
  • Be responsible for new functionality development and ideate and serve as the POC of the evolution toward predictive and AI implementation in various tools
  • Use HTML, PHP, Vue.js, Twig, Javascript, and CSS to create user-friendly web pages
  • Optimize 3rd party integrated applications for maximum speed
  • Design mobile-based features, ensuring optimal responsive experience
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to propose design and web or digital solutions to improve website usability to drive engagement and conversions
  • Manage website troubleshooting and website build deployments
  • Partner with marketing automation team on the data collection / flow strategy for new and existing tools, like marketing automation and CMS platforms, and how they’re integrated
  • Provide technical SEO support related to page load speed, schema mark-up, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design, or communication, or comparable work experience
  • 4+ years' experience in frontend development
  • Craft CMS experience. Plugin development experience preferred
  • Write clean, functional, and testable code on both the front-end and back-end of owned technology, including, but not limited to, the website
  • Lead on promoting just-right solutions to build for the future while also avoiding costly premature optimizations
  • Work effectively within a team environment, to regularly solicit and act on feedback, focus on root causes, and continually strive to improve
  • Hands-on experience with markup languages
  • Experience with JavaScript, CSS, React/Vue, Tailwind CSS, and jQuery
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
  • Familiarity with design platforms, Git, and content management systems
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial or accounting software preferred
  • Experience with Craft CMS, Vidyard, Eloqua, Drift, Chilipiper, Smartling are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation (Eloqua) systems is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Pay Per Click (PPC)
  • Exceptional eye for quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle rapidly changing priorities with ease
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
