Purpose:
The Climate and Socio-Economic Research Analyst is expected to provide the Scotiabank Economics department with timely research & technical support with a focus on climate policies and economics as well as socio-economic developments impacting the longer-term outlook. They will assist the Head of Inclusion & Resilience Economics, as well as other members of the Department, in fulfilling their empirical and policy-related research agenda through statistical analysis, econometric modelling, maintaining various relevant databases, the preparation of PowerPoint presentation decks, creating charts, tables, and figures, qualitative research, and drafting for multiple publications.
