1. JOB PURPOSE
Ensure that the service offered is timely, efficient, and professional and of the highest level, as per the criteria set forth by the Company’s commercial, safety and security policies, standards and procedures. Supervise and coordinate all internal and external agencies, such as Handling agents, Service Providers, other airlines and various authorities. Ensure that all relevant areas of operations are fully covered.

1. Analyse anticipated operational problems such as over bookings, adverse weather, delays, cancellation of flights, crew flight time limitations etc.

Working under the direction of senior Airport Services colleagues, to represent Emirates and enhance customer service to both arriving and departing customers. Ensure all operational criteria are completed within specified time frames as per the criteria set forth by the Company’s commercial, safety and security policies, standards and procedures.
2. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Provide assistance to customers on arrival and departure, ensuring high quality and professional customer service is maintained at all times.
The key responsibilitiesfor this position are:
Supervise the day-to-day activities of Drivers/SortersMonitor daily attendance reporting; investigate and resolve any discrepancies regarding employee paycheques and other issuesConduct departmental focus meetings to review daily targets, as well as the previous day’s record of performance including production figures and error ratesMonitor the timely departure of all delivery trucks and line haulsProvide leadership, recruitment, training, coaching and development of unionized employeesScheduling of employees as applicable in the event of absence, vacation, training, etc.
